Qingdao Rockaway Plastic Sheets Co., Ltd. is a US exclusively owned company registered in Qingdao Free Trade Zone in 2003. The company offers to international and domestic market monolayer and multi-layer co-extruded sheet products. Our current annual sheet making capacity is over 6,000 metric ton. Our main products are designed for different packaging industries. We have over 20,000 square meters of modern workshop, warehouse and have up-to-date production equipment in the plant, and our dedicated staff offers to our customers the best products. We welcome all potential overseas and domestic customers to talk with us. We also offer toll- processing services with customer supplied materials. Our target is to meet all our customers¡¯ needs.
Currently we are making APET single-layer sheet, APET/PETG sheet, PETG/APET/PETG multi-layer sheet. The sheet thickness ranges from 0.2mm-1.0mm, and the sheet widths are 710mm and 1220mm (28¡± and 48¡±). Our products are safe, non-toxic, have excellent physical and mechanical performances. The products also have the following performances: high tenacity, easy processing, chemical resistance, airproof, wide range of working temperature, smash resistance, high transparency, luster, rigidity, no pollution when burning. PET sheet is an environmental friendly product. The packaging made from PET will be decomposed to water and carbon dioxide finally, thus generates no pollution to the environment. Compare to PVC, PET has following advantages: 1. The gravity is 3.7% lower, 2. The intensity is 20% higher, 3. Can tolerate much lower temperature, 4. No cracks when folded, 5. Higher transparency. Applications of PET sheets: widely used in visible casings such as cosmetic packaging, grocery, toy, stationery, hardware, electronic product, medicine, gift, costume, household products and glasswareetc. We can also make sheets with the special requirements such as coloring, flame retardant, static resistance and UV resistance. Package: Roll of 50KG or 500LBS or by special order. The inner package is PET film, the outer package is PP complex fabric braided or customer designed packaging.
